PRINTING United Expo is proud to welcome media from around the world to join us for the most spectacular event in printing. Over the course of three-days, attendees and exhibitors will reunite and reconnect, sharing ideas, networking and taking in the very latest technology this industry has to offer.

Exhibitors continuously share show plans from months out, all the way to breaking news at the show, on the technology they’ve been working so hard to bring to marketing. PRINTING United Expo will be the stage for numerous product launches in 2026.

When are the In-Booth Exhibitor Press events?
As we get closer to the Expo, exhibitors invite you to join them at their booths during the show for special press gatherings straight on the show floor! Schedule coming soon.
What are the Press Lounge hours?
A special dedicated lounge is exclusively for members of the media will be a place where editors can write, check email, relax, and take advantage of coffee, tea, breakfast and lunch during the three-day event.
