Die Cutting Advisors to Run a Crest Clamshell Live at PRINTING United Expo 2026, Booth C1923
North America’s exclusive representative for Crest Clamshell Die Cutters brings a working press to the Las Vegas show floor
YARDLEY, Pa. — Die Cutting Advisors (DCA), the exclusive North American manufacturer’s representative for Crest Clamshell Die Cutters, will exhibit at PRINTING United Expo 2026, September 23–25 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. DCA will occupy Booth C1923, where a Crest [28×41] Clamshell Die Cutter will run live throughout the show.
As digital presses get wider and faster, finishing becomes the bottleneck. A Crest clamshell cuts the full sheet in a single stroke — POP displays, signage, mounted graphics, short-run packaging — letting finishing keep pace with what comes off the press. DCA also works with manufacturers across corrugated, graphic overlays, membrane switches, and specialty die cutting applications.
As the sole authorized source for new Crest equipment in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, DCA guides manufacturers through the full process — from initial evaluation through installation and long-term support. Beyond Crest, DCA represents specialized partners across converting, finishing, and automation, including Kensol-Franklin, Freeman Schwabe, B&R Moll, Preco, and Acu-Gage Systems.
The Crest Clamshell Die Cutter is available in small, medium, and large-format configurations, including the Widemouth™ system for large-format applications. Designed using finite element analysis and built with surface-ground platens, Crest presses are engineered to minimize make-ready and to hold registration through multi-shift production, with units in the field running well past the twenty-year mark.
“The best way to understand what a Crest press can do is to watch it run — not on a screen, not in a brochure,” said Rob Weidhaas Jr., founder of Die Cutting Advisors. “Whether you’re actively evaluating equipment or just want to see what modern die cutting looks like, come by Booth C1923.”
