OnPrintShop to Show How v13.1 Reduces Design and Setup Time at PRINTING United Expo 2026
New release focuses on AI-assisted design, PDF-based block creation, and workflow efficiency for print businesses; demonstrations available at Booth N6510
OnPrintShop, a web-to-print software provider serving print businesses across North America and other global markets, will exhibit at PRINTING United Expo 2026, taking place September 23 to 25 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The company will use the event to demonstrate its latest platform release, v13.1, at Booth N6510.
PRINTING United Expo brings the commercial, apparel, wide-format, labels, and packaging segments of the industry together in one venue, and this year introduces a dedicated PRINTING AI Pavilion examining how artificial intelligence is being applied across print operations. OnPrintShop’s presence reflects a similar theme: several features in v13.1 are aimed at reducing manual effort in areas where print operators have traditionally spent significant time, particularly design preparation and product setup.
What OnPrintShop v13.1 Introduces
The release adds capabilities across the storefront, the Designer Studio, and the Admin Panel. Three additions are central to the demonstrations planned for the booth:
• AI-powered templates in Designer Studio. Operators can generate design templates from written prompts, which shortens the time spent building templates manually and helps teams scale their design libraries without proportionally scaling design hours.
• Block PDF Generator. Individual design blocks can be created directly from PDF artwork without Adobe Acrobat or additional plugins. The system identifies text and image elements automatically, making existing artwork reusable across designs.
• Dynamic mask generation. Product masks can be generated within the application by selecting a shape and configuring the required detail, alongside the existing option to upload prepared mask images.
The release also includes operational refinements that address day-to-day production. A rush order indicator helps administrators identify and prioritize time-sensitive jobs during processing. Standard and die-cut configurations can now be managed within a single product rather than maintained separately. Admins can create customer designs directly from the Order Modify page, and customers can sign up and log in using a phone number as an alternative to email.
Additional updates cover in-app image editing, drag-and-drop responsive CMS pages, draft quotes, more flexible quantity selection in the price calculator, and support for 4over products in Google and Facebook shopping feeds.
