AOPACK to Showcase BM2800-Ultra Box Making Machine and New Fanfold Cardboard Solution at PRINTING United Expo 2026

AOPACK is pleased to announce its participation in PRINTING United Expo 2026, taking place from September 23–25, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, United States.

At Booth N5213, AOPACK will present its latest corrugated box making solutions for the U.S. packaging market, including the BM2800-Ultra Box Making Machine with Digital Printing and a new model developed specifically for Fanfold, also known as Z-fold, cardboard applications.

With more than 1,200 AOPACK box making machines installed in over 60 countries, AOPACK continues to support packaging manufacturers, box plants, converters, and industrial packaging companies with flexible and efficient corrugated box production solutions.

BM2800-Ultra: Box Making Machine with Integrated Digital Printing

One of the key highlights at the AOPACK booth will be the BM2800-Ultra, an all-in-one corrugated box making machine designed for short-run, customized, and printed corrugated packaging production.

The BM2800-Ultra is not positioned as a conventional digital printer. Its core purpose is corrugated box production, while digital printing is integrated as one important function to strengthen the overall box making process.

The machine combines multiple production functions in one system, including:

  • Digital printing
  • Vibrating knife cutting and creasing for custom shapes
  • Vertical Slitting / Horizontal cutting
  • Creasing
  • Slotting
  • Cold glue application

By integrating these functions into one automatic workflow, the BM2800-Ultra helps manufacturers reduce material handling, simplify production steps, and improve efficiency for small and medium batch corrugated box orders.

Supporting Short-Run Printed Corrugated Box Production

The packaging market is increasingly moving toward shorter runs, faster delivery, and more customized box requirements. Many manufacturers now need to handle frequent job changes, multiple box sizes, variable information, and smaller order quantities.

The BM2800-Ultra was developed to support this production environment.

Its integrated digital printing function can be used for practical packaging applications such as logos, barcodes, QR codes, product information, shipping marks, and customized packaging information.

Instead of treating printing as a separate process, the BM2800-Ultra makes digital printing part of the complete box making workflow. This allows manufacturers to produce printed corrugated boxes more efficiently, especially for short-run orders and customized packaging applications.

Vibrating Knife Cutting for More Flexible Box Structures

Another important feature of the BM2800-Ultra is its vibrating knife cutting system.

Many packaging applications require more than standard box styles. Customers may need handle holes, windows, special openings, irregular shapes, or customized structural designs.

The vibrating knife cutting function helps expand the machine’s structural processing capability, making the BM2800-Ultra suitable for a wider range of customized corrugated box applications.

Together with slitting, creasing, slotting, gluing, and digital printing, vibrating knife cutting strengthens the BM2800-Ultra as a multifunctional box making machine for short-run and customized packaging production.

A New Fanfold Cardboard Solution for the U.S. Market

In addition to the BM2800-Ultra, AOPACK will also introduce a new box making solution designed for Fanfold, or Z-fold, cardboard applications.

This new model has been developed with the U.S. market in mind, where Fanfold cardboard is widely used for on-demand packaging, right-sized box production, logistics fulfillment, and variable-size corrugated packaging.

More details about this new model will be revealed at PRINTING United Expo 2026.

Visitors are invited to visit AOPACK Booth N5213 to learn more about how this new Fanfold cardboard solution can support flexible and efficient box production.
