INX Showcases Innovative Ink Solutions at PRINTING United with Performance, Compliance, and Recyclability in Focus

Schaumburg, ILINX International Ink Co. a global leader in printing inks and coatings, will highlight leading printing solutions at PRINTING United 2025 in booth 2676, October 22-24 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. These innovations – Genesis Washable inks and the new INXJet MDLM UV curable premium inkjet inks – address the printing industry’s most pressing challenges: on-press performance, regulatory compliance, and sustainable recyclability.

INXJet MDLM: Next-Generation Digital Inks for Beverage Cans

Specifically engineered for high-speed beverage can decoration, INXJet MDLM introduces a new benchmark for digital can printing. It delivers unmatched print quality with sharp details, vibrant colors, and high-resolution graphics, as well as superior durability with abrasion resistance and pasteurization performance. Its global regulatory compliance meets standards from Nestle, EuPIA Exclusion Policy, Swiss Ordinance, and CONEG heavy metal restrictions, with food-safe properties that are formulated with NOVOC and BPA-NI chemistry.

“As the first low migration digital ink for beverage cans, INXJet MDLM makes digital can printing both practical and safe,” said Renee Schouten, Vice President of Marketing for INX. “This platform is designed for seamless compatibility with a wide range of printheads, ensuring a high-performance outcome for aluminum can decorators and brand owners seeking both compliance and efficiency.”

Schouten pointed out the entire INXJet product line of premium digital inks is vast. In addition to eco, mild and true solvent inks, there are aqueous and UV curable inks and various adhesion promoters, cleaning fluids, and other solutions that can be used with 25 separate applications. These applications range from banners and signs to ceramics, sportswear, vehicle wraps and more. INXJet inks are designed to be run on advanced, high speed industrial digital printers manufactured by the largest brands in the printing industry.

Genesis Washable Inks: Driving Recyclability and Circular Packaging

Genesis washable inks have transformed sustainable label printing. Designed for flexographic and gravure applications, Genesis inks are de-inkable from CPET shrink films, thereby preserving material quality during recycling. They are floatable with OPP roll-fed labels, ensuring print integrity and easier material recovery, and are high performing with no trade-offs in print quality or efficiency.

“Genesis gave brand owners one ink system with smarter circularity,” Schouten explained. “It enables recycling without compromising performance, an innovation that directly supports regulatory goals and consumer demand for sustainable packaging.”

INX Commitment to Sustainability and Innovation

As the market leader in metal decorating technology, INX continues to advance products that balance sustainability, compliance, and production efficiency. These efforts align with INX’s ESG framework and global customer expectations around reducing environmental impact while improving productivity and lowering costs.

“Our focus is on innovations that bring real world value to printers, brand owners, and converters,” added Schouten. “Genesis and INXJet MDLM are perfect examples of how INX is meeting today’s needs for sustainability and compliance while preparing customers for the future of printing.”

INX experts will be available at booth 2676 to discuss digital can printing, recyclable label solutions, and compliance-driven ink systems. Visitors are encouraged to schedule a meeting time in advance to explore how INX technologies can support their production and sustainability goals.
