When can I register to attend the Expo?

What are the onsite registration hours and location?
You can pick up your badge at Registration starting Tuesday, October 17. Registration is located in Building B & Building C lobbies of the Georgia World Congress Center.

Can I register more than one person at a time?
When registering online you may register more than one attendee as part of the same transaction. An immediate confirmation will be emailed to you. All registrants should take their confirmations to the Scan and Go Registration Kiosk in Building B or Building B Lobbies at the Georgia World Congress Center. There you will print out your PRINTING United Expo badge and event tickets.
How do I make changes to my existing registration?
You can access your registration via your Attendee Dashboard in one of two ways:
- If you received an email confirmation for your registration look for the section titled “Questions about your Registration”. There will be a direct link to your Dashboard and you will be able to make changes from there.
- Visit the PRINTING United Expo Registration page, and on the right side of the screen under “Already Registered” enter the email you used when registering and the password you created during the registration process. You will be directed to your Attendee Dashboard and from there you will be able to make changes to your registration.
How do I cancel or downgrade my registration?
To cancel or downgrade your registration package/tickets please contact PRINTING United Expo Registration Customer Service at printingunited@csreg.zohodesk.com.

Can I register for events once I arrive at the Georgia World Congress Center?
Yes, but on-site prices may be higher.
Will my badge be mailed?
Badges will not be mailed prior to the show. Badges can be picked up in the Building B & Building C Lobbies of the Georgia World Congress Center.
How do I create a My Show Planner Account?
We encourage everyone to create a My Show Planner account after registering for a badge to allow you to search for exhibitors, make appointments, view the event schedule and more!

How do I get from the airport to my hotel?
The Georgia World Congress Center is about 12 miles from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).
Marta: The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) has a transit station on the west end of the domestic terminal inside Hartsfield Jackson-International Airport, which makes transit services accessible by rail to many Downtown, Buckhead, Midtown, and perimeter hotels.
Taxicabs: Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL): Atlanta has more than 1,500 taxis available to and from their hotel throughout Atlanta. With preset rates for trips to and from the airport to Downtown and Midtown, taxis provide an economical mode of transportation. Taxicab service at the airport is located in the Yellow Bus aisle. Flat Rate Fees from/to Airport: Downtown: $30, Buckhead: $40, Midtown: $32. Please note, there is a $2 charge for each additional person.
Flat Rate Fees within Downtown and Midtown: Fares originating from a business and concluding at a business within the zone of Downtown or Midtown have a rate of $8 for one person. There is a charge of $2 for each additional person.
Airport Limousine Service: More than 300 companies provide limousine service to and from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport as well as to areas surrounding the Airport. Many companies offer stretch limousine and executive car service, while others provide executive car service only. Contact the company directly to make reservations or to ask about additional services. Once you have made a reservation, your drive will either meet you inside the terminal near the atrium or curbside on the south lower level. The pickup process should be explained when you call to make the reservation. All limousine services must be arranged in advance. Any state-licensed limousine company is allowed to drop off passengers at the terminal curbside.

Rideshare: Rideshare drivers will pick up passengers at the North and South economy lots, which are a short walk from baggage claim. Passengers will proceed through baggage claim toward the Georgia Lottery booth for access to the lower-level escalators. Once downstairs, follow the orange signs to the Economy lot and request a ride only after arrival at the pick-up location.
How do I get from the hotel to the Convention Center?

Where can I park at the Convention Center?
The Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCCA) operates three surface lots and two parking decks on campus managed by SP+. There are over 5,600 parking spaces to make visiting the GWCCA convenient for guests.
Standard Daily rate for parking is $15. During major events and game days, parking ranges from $20 to $60 on campus. All lots are gated, and attendants are on duty during all show/event hours. Additionally, the GWCCA public safety force patrols the lots and decks ensuring the safety of individuals and automobiles.
Where can I board the hotel shuttles at the Convention Center?
Please see the hotel map for a full listing of hotels and shuttle drop off locations. Downtown hotels drop off and pick at convention center Building B on Andrew Young Int’l Blvd (excluding hotels within walking distance). Midtown hotels drop off and pick up at convention center Building C on Northside Drive.
How do I obtain a travel visa?
You may request a visa letter while you are registering for PRINTING United. During the registration process indicate that you require a visa letter and fill out the information requested. Once you complete the registration process you will receive a confirmation email with a link print your visa letter.
If you do not complete your visa letter request during registration, you can go back into your registration record via your confirmation letter or Attendee Dashboard, select “edit” and indicate you require a visa letter. At that time, fill out the necessary information and you will be able to print a visa letter when you receive your updated confirmation email.
The State Department recommends that you begin your visa application process well in advance of your travel dates. The decision to grant visas belongs solely to the embassy/consulate. PRINTING United cannot promise that you or your colleagues will receive a visa. Likewise, PRINTING United cannot change the decision of the US State Department should your application be denied. Can I bring my child?
Show Management recommends children not attend PRINTING United. Minors under 18 may attend the Event (1) only during Official Hours and (2) only if they (i) register and pay appropriate fees and (ii) are accompanied by an adult at all times. Children must be under constant parent-guardian supervision while in the Expo hall. Due to the dangerous conditions created by the operations and movement of heavy machinery, children WILL NOT be admitted on the show floor during move-in or move-out. Due to the nature of this event, close toed shoes are preferred. The Sponsoring Adult shall be responsible for, and by registering the minor for, and/or accompanying the minor at, the Show, agrees to assume all responsibility and liability for the Sponsored Minor. Badge must be worn and is valid during official event hours.
Can I take photographs or audio/video at PRINTING United?
Unless otherwise restricted or posted, photography and audio recording will be permitted on the Show floor and in the common/public areas of the Facility.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, photography is strictly prohibited on the Show floor when an Exhibitor does not grant permission. An Exhibitor may place a no-photography sign in their booth as well as verbally restrict activity. All Exhibitors have full authority to control the photographic activities in their contracted spaces and should any unauthorized photographic activity take place during the Show, the Exhibitor is welcome to contact the floor manager for immediate assistance and action.
Consent to Record & Distribute Your Audio, Images & Video
Exhibitors and attendees understand that PRINTING United and its authorized representatives or those registered for PRINTING United as members of the trade press, may conduct interviews and may take photographs and/or video and may also stream the various aspects and activities of the PRINTING United EXPO for both archival and promotional purposes.
All attendees, by attending the PRINTING United Expo, including, but not limited to, Exhibitors, Sponsors, and contractors, hereby grant Show Management and its authorized representatives, the right and permission, without notification or compensation, to use your name, likeness, biographical information, voice, audio clips, the content of any interview, image, digital image and/or photograph or video, and any other recording of you of any nature or type, and any other indicia of persona (“Persona”) created, taken or recorded in association with the Show, or to refrain from doing so, in any manner or media whether existing now or hereafter developed (including without limitation the World Wide Web and the internet), worldwide, for trade, advertising and/or promotional purposes. Show and/or Exhibitor photos and recordings cannot be copied, altered, sold, exhibited, or further distributed without prior written consent from PRINTING United. Show Management retains the right to revoke consent at any time for any reason.

How do I rent a wheelchair or scooter?
To reserve a wheelchair or scooter during the convention, please contact Scootaround at 1-888-441-7575. Scootaround is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Where can I make copies or ship items?
