International Consulting Firm Gimbel & Associates Expands its Presence at PRINTING United 2025
Orlando, Florida was the center of the printing world in late October, and Gimbel & Associates had a full week of activity at the PRINTING United Expo. The company started the week welcoming guests to the first-ever Engage360 event. This gathering, co-sponsored by Gimbel & Associates and Crawford Technologies, offered attendees a stellar lineup of premier speakers from around the printing, customer communication, and customer experience industries. Those in attendance noted the quality of the internationally recognized individuals Engage360 attracted to the present at the inaugural event.
Later in the week, company president Roger P. Gimbel, EDP participated in group panel discussions for CXM Professionals. In the meantime, Gimbel & Associates representatives manned their booth in the PRINTING United exhibit hall where they spoke with printing industry professionals about the expert assistance offered by the company.
In a ceremony held at the PRINTING United Expo, Roger P. Gimbel was presented with his lifetime Electronic Document Professional (EDP) pin, recognizing his longtime commitment to professional growth, knowledge-sharing, and continuous education. Xplor International (now the CXM Professionals Association) has honored very few document industry professionals with this distinguished award.
Though Gimbel has received many awards throughout his career, the Lifetime EDP designation represents an important accomplishment.
“I wear my EDP lapel pin on my jacket every day,” he says. “People ask me about it all the time, giving me opportunities to talk about what it means to me and to the community I serve. As a lifetime member, I will continue to display it proudly as a symbol of my professional approach to business.”
Topping off a packed agenda of meetings and appearances at PRINTING United, Roger P. Gimbel, author, signed limited-edition copies of his latest book, Dream Big, Act Now, for hundreds of show attendees. Like his previous book, “I’m Not Anyone: A Story of Reinvention and Acceptance,” all proceeds from book sales at Amazon benefit the Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation. PGSF funds educational scholarships for students entering the printing and graphic arts industry.
Many who received signed copies at the show offered to buy additional books for friends as they joined Gimbel to encourage young people to pursue a career in printing or graphic arts. The book may be purchased at: https://www.amazon.com/Dream-Big-Act-Now-Professional/dp/B0FFN19TQQ
Gimbel & Associates’ activities at the latest PRINTING United Expo represent an expanded presence for the company at the event. Besides the extra activities they initiated, the company brought a large contingent of seasoned industry professionals to network and chat with show attendees about the printing industry.
