Association returns to North America’s largest print event with a full day of focused education on September 24 and opens nominations for the 2026 Industry Awards

ATLANTA, GA — May 19, 2026 — The cXm Professionals Association (CXMPA) celebrates the association’s return to PRINTING United Expo 2026 by putting customer communications management (CCM) on center stage at one of the print industry’s largest gatherings. CXMPA programming runs all day Thursday, September 24, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, where the Expo is expected to draw tens of thousands of print and mail professionals supported by more than 650 exhibitors.

CXMPA day combines focused educational sessions, industry networking, and the presentation of the 2026 CXMPA Industry Awards. Nominations open today and close June 30, 2026.

2026 CXMPA Industry Awards

Nominations are now open through June 30, 2026 for two awards recognizing excellence across the customer communications industry. Winners will be announced and presented on-site at PRINTING United Expo 2026.

Solution of the Year — Honors an individual, company, or organization for outstanding achievement in the creative application of current technology or the unique implementation of existing document and communications systems.

Technology of the Year — Recognizes an individual, company, or organization that has developed an original concept, product, or program delivering a significant advancement in CCM capabilities.
