What is the PRINTING United Expo?

The PRINTING United Expo, owned and operated by the PRINTING United Alliance, focuses on the opportunities presented by the convergence of printing technologies and markets, the PRINTING United Expo will cover print and finishing technologies in industry segments from garment to graphic, packaging to commercial, and industrial. Its objective is to convey all components of integrated solutions to satisfy virtually any client need.

Travel Arrangements

How do I get from the airport to my hotel?

The Orange County Convention Center is about 13 miles from the Orlando International Airport (MCO).


  • TAXICABS:

    Orlando International Airport (MCO):
    Taxis may carry up to 9 passengers, and charge the same rate regardless of the number of passengers.  All taxicabs picking up at the Airport are regulated by the City of Orlando’s Vehicle-for-Hire ordinance which requires fares to be determined by a taximeter.

    Flat rate fees are not authorized.  Therefore metered rate may vary from the approximate rates quoted above.

    Located on the A-side and B-side of the Terminal, in the center of the Arrivals Level (Level 2).

    Approximate rates to International Drive Area are $38-$45.

  • RIDESHARE:

    Rideshare drivers will pick up passengers at the ends of the Arrivals curb (Level 2).

How do I get from the hotel to the Convention Center?

Some hotels are within walking distance of the Orange County Convention Center. View information on shuttle service to and from the Convention Center and official hotels.


Taxis/Ubers are available as well as the Orlando I-Ride Trolley service.



Where can I park at the Convention Center?

The Orange County Convention Center operates three parking lots with accessible parking available. All spaces are available on a first-come, first served basis.

The standard daily rates in the OCCC lots are $17/day for passenger vehicles or $25/day for oversized vehicles.  There is no overnight parking at the OCCC, vehicles will be towed nightly.


Where can I board the hotel shuttles at the Convention Center?

On the South Concourse side of the North/South Building.


How do I obtain a travel visa?

You may request a visa letter while you are registering for the PRINTING United Expo. During the registration process indicate that you require a visa letter and fill out the information requested. Once you complete the registration process you will receive a confirmation email with a link print your visa letter.

If you do not complete your visa letter request during registration, you can go back into your registration record via your confirmation letter or Attendee Dashboard, select “edit” and indicate you require a visa letter. At that time, fill out the necessary information and you will be able to print a visa letter when you receive your updated confirmation email.

The State Department recommends that you begin your visa application process well in advance of your travel dates. The decision to grant visas belongs solely to the embassy/consulate. The PRINTING United Expo cannot promise that you or your colleagues will receive a visa. Likewise, the PRINTING United Expo cannot change the decision of the US State Department should your application be denied. Can I register more than one person at a time?
When registering online you may register more than one attendee as part of the same transaction. An immediate confirmation will be emailed to you. All registrants should take their confirmations to the Scan and Go counter located in the Registration area at the Orange County Convention Center - North/South Building. There you will print out your PRINTING United Expo badge and event tickets. 
How do I make changes to my existing registration?
You can access your registration via your Attendee Dashboard in one of two ways:
  1. If you received an email confirmation for your registration look for the section titled "Registration Online Access." There will be a direct link to your Dashboard and you will be able to make changes from there.
  2. Visit the PRINTING United Registration page, and on the right side of the screen under "Already Registered" enter the email you used when registering and the password you created during the registration process. You will be directed to your Attendee Dashboard and from there you will be able to make changes to your registration.

How do I cancel or downgrade my registration?

Please note that your refund will be subject to the following guidelines:

On or before August 24 - 100% Refund
Beginning August 25 - No Refund
Can I register for events once I arrive at the Orange County Convention Center?
Yes, but on-site prices may be higher. 
Will my badge be mailed?
Badges will not be mailed prior to the show. Badges can be picked up at the South Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center - North/South Building.
What are the onsite registration hours and location?

You can pick up your badge at Registration starting Tuesday, October 5. Registration is located in the South Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center – North/South Building.

Exhibitor FAQs

How do I reserve a booth?

View the Become an Exhibitor page to review the online floor plan for available booth options and submit an online application. 

What is included in the cost of a booth?
  • 8’ High backwall drape, 3’ High sidewall drape (in-line booths)
  • 7”x44” Cardstock Identification Sign
  • A complimentary company listing on the online exhibitor directory and official mobile app. This includes a company description and 10 product categories.
  • Five badges for every 100 square feet of rented exhibit space with a maximum of 150. Approved co-exhibitors will need to split badges with their primary exhibitor and are not eligible for their own badge allotment. Additional exhibitor badges may be purchased in advance for $20 per badge through Sunday, October 3, 2021. Starting Monday, October 4, 2021, the badges will increase to $25 per badge. Exhibitor badges should be used for all personnel from the exhibiting company (booth staff and non-booth personnel).
  • Custom email invites program and marketing tools dashboard to promote your presence at the show

Note: booth floor covering is mandatory and must be provided by the exhibitor. (Not included in the booth fee.)

Who are the main contractors? What do they provide?

Shepard Exposition Services is the Official Service Contractor for the show, providing material handling, furniture rental, carpeting, labor and more.  The convention center provides electricity, utilities, rigging, etc.  A full list of contacts, vendors and exclusive services can be found here

How do I order furniture, utilities, and services for my booth?

The exhibitor service manual will be available in the Spring to begin placing orders for the show.

As an exhibitor, how do I register for badges?

Exhibitor badge registration is now available through the exhibitor dashboard. In the dashboard, click on the tile that says “Registration”.  Registration is through our vendor, Compusystems. 

How many badges do I receive as an exhibitor?

When can I move in/out?

Each exhibiting company is assigned a target move-in and move-out date, which is the date an exhibitor’s freight is scheduled to be delivered to their booth or loaded out.  To find your targeted move-in date/time, check the color-coded map in the online Exhibitor Service Manual which will be available in the Spring. 

How do I update my online exhibitor directory listing?

Can I bring my child?

Show Management recommends children not attend the PRINTING United Expo. Minors under 18 may attend the Event (1) only during Official Hours and (2) only if they (i) register and pay appropriate fees and (ii) are accompanied by an adult at all times. 

Can I take photographs or audio/video at the PRINTING United Expo?

Unless otherwise restricted or posted, photography and audio recording will be permitted on the trade show floor and in the common/public areas of the convention center. Photography is strictly prohibited on the PRINTING United Exp floor when an exhibitor does not grant permission. An exhibitor may place a no-photography sign in their booth as well as verbally restrict activity. All exhibitors have full authority to control the photographic activities in their contracted spaces and should any unauthorized photographic activity take place while at the PRINTING United Expo, the exhibitor must contact the floor manager for immediate assistance and action.

Exhibitors and attendees understand that the PRINTING United Expo and its authorized representatives or those registered for the PRINTING United Expo as members of the trade press may conduct interviews and may take photographs and/or video and may also stream the various aspects and activities of the PRINTING United Expo for both archival and promotional purposes. By attending the PRINTING United Expo, exhibitors and attendees hereby grant Show Management and its authorized representatives the right and permission to use your name, likeness, biographical information, voice, content of any interview, image and/or photography and any other indicia of persona (“Persona”) or to refrain from doing so, in any manner or media whether existing now or hereinafter developed (including without limitation the World Wide Web and the internet), worldwide, for trade, advertising and/or promotional purposes. Convention and/or exhibitor photos and recordings cannot be copied, altered, sold, exhibited, or further distributed without prior written consent from the PRINTING United Expo. Show Management retains the right to revoke consent.

What if I need a sign language interpreter?

Where can I make copies or ship items?
