Can I bring my child?

Show Management recommends children not attend PRINTING United. Minors under 18 may attend the Event (1) only during Official Hours and (2) only if they (i) register and pay appropriate fees and (ii) are accompanied by an adult at all times. Signed waiver will be required at the registration desk.

Can I take photographs or audio/video at the PRINTING United?

Unless otherwise restricted or posted, photography and audio recording will be permitted on the trade show floor and in the common/public areas of the convention center. Photography is strictly prohibited on the PRINTING United floor when an exhibitor does not grant permission or anywhere in the Awards Gallery. An exhibitor may place a no-photography sign in their booth as well as verbally restrict activity. All exhibitors have full authority to control the photographic activities in their contracted spaces and should any unauthorized photographic activity take place while at PRINTING United, the exhibitor must contact the floor manager for immediate assistance and action.

Exhibitors and attendees understand that PRINTING United and its authorized representatives or those registered for PRINTING United as members of the trade press may conduct interviews and may take photographs and/or video and may also stream the various aspects and activities of PRINTING United for both archival and promotional purposes. By attending PRINTING United, exhibitors and attendees hereby grant Show Management and its authorized representatives the right and permission to use your name, likeness, biographical information, voice, content of any interview, image and/or photograph and any other indicia of persona (“Persona”) or to refrain from doing so, in any manner or media whether existing now or hereinafter developed (including without limitation the World Wide Web and the internet), worldwide, for trade, advertising and/or promotional purposes. Convention and/or exhibitor photos and recordings cannot be copied, altered, sold, exhibited, or further distributed without prior written consent from PRINTING United. Show Management retains the right to revoke consent.

How do I rent a wheelchair or scooter?

To reserve a wheelchair or scooter during the convention, please contact AABCO Ready Rental at 972-412-3500. AABCO Ready Rental is available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM.

How do I get my badge and/or event tickets for PRINTING United?

You can pick up your badge at Registration starting Monday, October 21. Registration is located in the concourse of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas—Level 2 Lobby.

Can I register more than one person at a time?

When registering online you may register more than one attendee as part of the same transaction. An immediate confirmation will be emailed to you. All registrants should take their confirmation forms to the Scan and Go counter located in the Registration Area at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center—Level 2 Lobby. There you will print out your PRINTING United badge and event tickets.

Can I register for events once I arrive at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center?

Is there a charge to attend the PRINTING United exposition?

If you register online before September 11, 2019, registration to walk the show floor is free; starting September 11 the registration is $35; starting October 20 the registration is $50, unless you receive an invitation directly from an Exhibitor. How do I make changes to my existing registration?

You can access your registration via your Attendee Dashboard in one of two ways:

  1. If you received an email confirmation for your registration look for the section titled "Registration Online Access." There will be a direct link to your Dashboard and you will be able to make changes from there.

  2. Visit the PRINTING United Registration page, and on the right side of the screen under "Already Registered" enter the email you used when registering and the password you created during the registration process. You will be directed to your Attendee Dashboard and from there you will be able to make changes to your registration.

How do I obtain a travel visa?

You may request a visa letter while you are registering for PRINTING United. During the registration process indicate that you require a visa letter and fill out the information requested. Once you complete the registration process you will receive a confirmation email with a link to print your visa letter.

If you do not complete your visa letter request during registration, you can go back into your registration record via your confirmation letter or Attendee Dashboard, select “edit” and indicate you require a visa letter. At that time, fill out the necessary information and you will be able to print a visa letter when you receive your updated confirmation email.

The State Department recommends that you begin your visa application process well in advance of your travel dates. The decision to grant visas belongs solely to the embassy/consulate. PRINTING United cannot promise that you or your colleagues will receive a visa. Likewise, PRINTING United cannot change the decision of the US State Department should your application be denied. How do I get from the airport to my hotel?

The Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas is about 20 miles from DFW International Airport and eight miles from Dallas Love Field Airport.


  • Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport:
    Taxi service is available on the upper level of Terminals A, B, C and E, and on the lower level of Terminal D. A DFW Airport Guest Assistance representative is available at taxi stands between 8:00 AM and 12 AM (midnight) to help control the flow and ensure that you are placed with a taxi. If you have a special request for a taxi after midnight, call 972-973-4061.
  • Dallas Love Field Airport:
    Taxi service is provided on the lower level of the terminal.

Airport Limousine Service

  • Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport:
    A variety of shuttle/limousine services are available. Limousine providers are located at the lower level curbside of each terminal.
  • Dallas Love Field Airport:
    Passengers shall prearrange limousine service at the airport. A list of Dallas limousine, sedan and black car companies may be accessed from the internet or by contacting the City of Dallas, Public Works & Transportation Department, Transportation Regulation Division at 214-670-3161. Rates are determined by limousine, sedan and black car companies and vary according to passenger designation. Limousine, sedan and black car service pick up passengers on the lower level downstairs from the Baggage Claim.
Where can I park at the Convention Center?

A parking garage is located at the corner of Griffin Street and Memorial Driveway and three ancillary parking lots (Lots C, D, and E).*

  • Garage parking—$15 per day per entry. No in/out privileges. Payment is made with the parking attendant upon entry. Garage parking is for cars and trucks only: no trailers, RVs or 18-wheelers.
  • Lot C and D parking—$15 per day per entry. No in/out privileges. Payment must be made at one of the parking meters located on each lot. Please place the copy of your receipt on your vehicle’s dashboard as proof of payment. Parking is for cars and trucks only: no trailers, RVs or 18-wheelers.
  • Lot E parking
    • $10 for 8 hours per entry for cars and trucks.
    • $25 rate for trucks and trailers, RVs parking only with early approval from KBHCCD
    • No in/out privileges
    • Payment is made with the parking attendant upon entry. Lot E is only staffed for major events. When staff is not present, please use the pay station located on the lot.

*Overnight parking is not permitted.
