Priority Booth Selection Event

Available only to 2025 Exhibitors for priority access to book your booth:

Key dates:

• July 17: If you have yet to sign up as a sponsor for 2025, be sure to contact our team prior to July 17; sponsor levels will be used to determine your appointment placement.
• July 18: 2026 booth applications are due; applications will close at midnight!
• July 28 – August 8: Exhibitors who completed a 2026 booth application will receive an appointment confirmation, and the 15 largest exhibiting companies will receive placement. 
• August 11-14: Priority Booth Selection Event will take place. Your day and time will be communicated the week prior, as mentioned above.
