This week’s focus is sustainability.

To get deeper into the issue, Printing Impressions looks at a holistic approach to sustainability, including how to build a sustainability policy and how to track energy consumption, and why you should try to reduce waste.
Moving over to the packaging space, this in-depth article looks at what sustainability really means in the packaging segment.
We couldn’t talk about sustainability without looking at the apparel market. We’ve got a two part article “The Shifting Sands of Sustainability.” In part 1, we look at the legislation impacting the issue, while in part 2 touch on greenwashing and the real challenges of sustainability.
To support the shift to more sustainable options, In-plant Impressions shared an article that looks at consumer data, which reveals young shoppers are prioritizing sustainability.
Finally, the Expo was named a Trade Show Executive Gold 100 Award Finalist as a “SHOW WITH THE MOST COMMENDABLE GREEN INITIATIVES IN 2023.”
Further, the Sustainable Green Printing Partnership is an Official Expo Association Partner for the first time this year, and will be hosting its annual Summit at the Las Vegas Convention Center on Monday, September 9, the day before the show opens its doors.
